Our Client is currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and licenced Property Manager to join their expanding Broome team.
The successful applicant must be extremely well organised, keen to learn new systems & procedures, love dealing with people and want to be a part of a dynamic and highly motivated team. Property Management experience is necessary and the successful applicant will be responsible for their own portfolio and encouraged to oversee its growth.
About the Positions
The successful applicant will be required to fulfil the role and duties as Property Manager to the highest professional and ethical standards and assist the Senior Property Manager with the day to day running of the Property Management Department.
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Creation of PM owner and tenant files.
- Preparation of leases and other documentation as required.
- Conduct viewings of properties with prospective tenants.
- Conduct property condition reports, routine and final inspections.
- Report, monitor and follow through on all property maintenance issues.
- Assist with end of month procedures.
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing review of all systems and procedures including all forms and checklists.
- Assist with the growth of the department through creation of new business.
- Ability to work one Saturday morning each month from 9am -12pm.
About the Remuneration
The salary package on offer is $70,000 per annum plus superannuation, company vehicle (work related use ) fuel card, mobile phone and ipad for work use only.

Broome Based Position
Our client is currently seeking and experienced Finance Officer for their Broome based office. This is a temporary position on a 3month contract.
As the Finance Officer the key responsibilities of this position will include:
Credit Card Reconciliation processing
Petty Cash Reconciliation processing
Banking - Including Centrelink and CMIS Interface Management
Debtor invoicing processing
Credit notes including fee waivers processing
Student refund processing
Cash float management
To be successful for this position, you must be able to demonstrate:
Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles
Well developed interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
Considerable experience in handling cash and receipting processing
Experience with Debt Collection
Demonstrated experience in office computer software including email, database, spread sheet packages, word processing and accessing internet/ intranet.
