Pindan Labour Solutions is a locally owned and operated recruitment and labour hire company.
We opened our doors in Broome in 2010. Since then we have developed a reputation for excellence, a truly can do attitude, and complete professionalism. Our staff will go the extra mile to ensure we not only meet, but also exceed, our client expectations.
Pindan Labour Solutions has a strong community focus, providing active support to local charities and events.
Pindan Labour Solutions participated in the Broome Chamber of Commerce Golf Day on Tuesday 1st July. The Chamber had special guests, Gary Sweet and Lindsay Stephens to coach and entertain us throughout the day. Lindsay holds the records for most Eagles in a single round - 1996 South Australia PGA – 4 eagles, and hit his 5th for the day on the play off hole. It was an extremely funny day! Gary Sweet regaled everyone with stories from his time in the industry, including one about John Travolta which leads you to believe the rumours... Everyone enjoyed themselves, and the Pindan team came in even off the stick – not a bad effort considering... Our handicap of 6 didn’t help our cause when other teams included a Pro and received a handicap of 12! As first prize was a voucher for $1000 off permanent recruitment we weren’t too fussed anyway. Proceeds went to the Chamber and to the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
A great event, well done Broome Chamber – we look forward to supporting and competing again next year!Read More

ALIGNMENT WITH DFP RECRUITMENT SERVICES
Broome Advertiser - Thursday 13 March 2014
Locally Owned business Pindan Labour Solutions will become a division of DFP Recruitment as part of a newly-formed partnership.
PLS has operated in Broome since 2010, while DFP, which has 15 offices around Australia, established a branch in Broome 18 months ago.
DFP chief Executive Robert van Stokrom said the strategic alliance was formed to capitalise on the way both companies operated and their mutual emphasis on client focus and candidate care.
"The new relationship would provide many advantages to both companies," he said.
"These advantages will flow on to benefit the diverse customer base that Pindan services across the Kimberley."
Mr van Stokrom said the alliance would assist in expanding Pindan's business network, as well as enhancing their excellent service record and providing increased candidate reach throughout Australia.
Pindan will also take advantage of DFP's leading edge technology that streamlines processes for candidates and clients to deliver high quality outcomes.
PLS manager Pauline Donald said her staff were excited about the transition and the ongoing evolution of the Pindan/DFP business. "It will be great to have access to DFP's immense operating knowledge to better assist our clients, and their national coverage will assist with more opportunities for our candidates."
Mr van Stokrom said there would be no significant operational changes to Pindan, and while it will form part of a division of DFP Recruitment, the company will operate autonomously.
Pindan will take over the current DFP office in Frederick Street in the next few weeks.Read More
